A Sturdy Trainer

This is a very sturdy trainer and is comfortable to wear. The attraction of buying this product was the idea of trying out the new technology in the form of the insoles and the sale price. It took a few weeks to come to terms with the insoles, but after this time I most definitely felt the improvement in performance. I do a lot of aerobic workouts and these trainers have given me an extra boost. Next time I will by diving boots. Worn once for a 2 mile jog, these are ridiculously stiff, too rigid. not wide enough and little hope of give due to too many cross pieces. Good value shoe

Good shoe for the money, but like many cheaper trainers, very stiff.But that means good support too - so it's worth putting up with.
I would like to have had some of the enclosed bumpf in English
then I might understand the purpose of the different insoles that came with my trainers.

b-fit trainers

On the first try i thought that these are the worst trainers i ever had. Ater few days of wearing i started to feel my calfs like after very good weight training. Very stiff platform makes your feet uncomfortable on the firs use. But after few days you can't take them off :)There is on bad point. Very bad rubber smell!!!!!! i can't stad it!

Excellent product for the price, comes with 3 sets of insoles (to increase your training performance - probably a gimmick!)Seem pretty sturdy so far and very comfortable.
