I purchased these to help with my rehabilitation following a back operation. I wear these when I do my exercises on the treadmill and I could see an improvement in my calf muscles within 2 weeks. Trainers with support

I bought these trainers for playing badminton(not very expertly). I had been suffering from "plantar fasciitis" and wanted something which would support my insteps. I have only worn my shoes twice but the first time they really hust my feet in an achey way but after wearing them in the gym for a hard personal training session they were much better. They certainly give my foot great support as I do alot of free weights although not alot of spring. I ordered these shoes hoping to have a nice pair for home universal gym and free weight use; including, aerobics and Tae-Bo workouts - these shoes are a perfect fit and the quality is superior.I must confess I had already half expected to receive flimsy shoes with flimsy support and I had already worked out a time to where I could get to the post-office to return them. Not necessary! These shoes were better than I could have imagined.
My workout partners are also ordering them; in fact, I am to order one of the pairs now, which is why I decided to write this review.
Thank you, I cannot imagine a better shoe, especially at this price.
In addition, I've read the other reviewer regarding the ankle issue; I have not tried any other sole other than the "0"; there are two other soles that go with the pair "2" and "4" - the third being "0". I actually intend to stick with the "0" because my posture is already erect while wearing them and my body is athletic and I prefer the upright position. I hope this review helps you out there!

Donot buy these horrible shoes

These shoes are absoultely unwearable. They bite just under the bone on the lateral surfaces of both ankles, regardless of which soles you use. I even tried applying cotton pads adjacent to the place they bite but the ankles still bleed after it, as the inside keeps biting. Fabulous Trainers

Bought these on a whim as they were on sale on Amazon. Turns out they are fantastic - very sturdy and supportive, as well as innovative, coming with three sets of insoles to adjust the dorsiflexion. Extremely comfortable both for walking and intense workouts. I do a lot of cross training (weights, step training, plyometrics, etc.) and they're ideal for all of that. I've used them for one workout so far and they feel great, although different from regular trainers as they provide a much higher level of support, which I prefer. Haven't yet tried the level 5 insoles which intensify toning in your workout. Planning to buy another pair because the price is absolutely ridiculous for the quality and design. ...you can really feel your calfs ache when you walk in these. Three insoles to vary the 'workout' experience! walked for 15 minutes but my legs felt like i had been walking for hours - price is amazing.
