It comes with a total of 22 different programs including three that you can personalize. There are also three workout programs that are controlled by your heart rate to ensure that you are getting the most effective workout. Your heart rate is monitored by hand sensors, but it also has wireless monitoring capabilities. Not only that, but it also has built-in speakers with which you can connect your MP3 player.

The console is easy-to-read with five LCD screens that provide all the information you need to properly monitor your workout and your progress. Even with all these features, it folds neatly for easy storage.
